CASE_STUDY // 01 · TONEWELL.CO
ToneWell turns a 30-second voice note into a personalised wellness report. It is a genuinely new idea, which makes it a hard thing to sell — people have to understand it before they will pay for it. We designed and built the entire site from scratch, then put an SEO programme behind it to reach the people already searching for exactly this.

The brief
ToneWell analyses vocal biomarkers — patterns in how you speak — and turns them into a wellness report covering stress, energy, sleep, hydration, mineral load and inflammation. You record for 30 seconds. Ten minutes later you get a score, your top three priority signals, and a Day 1 / Day 3 / Day 10 plan.
That is a strong product with a difficult first hurdle: it sounds improbable until it is explained properly. A visitor arrives sceptical. They need to understand the method, see what they would actually receive, and trust it enough to pay $59 — in one visit, usually on a phone.
There was no site to do that work. We started from an empty domain.
The build
We structured the site around the sequence a doubtful visitor actually moves through, rather than the sequence a company would like them to.
The homepage leads with the report itself — the score, the four flagged areas, the colour-coded status. You see what you are buying before you read a word of persuasion.
Voice Recording → Signal Processing → Wellness Analysis → Top Priorities → Action Plan. Each one a single sentence. No jargon, no hedging.
A dedicated Science page for people who want the reasoning, and a full Sample Report so nobody has to buy in order to find out what they get.
A page that spells out exactly what $59 includes: the 8-signal dashboard, 3–5 actions per priority, the Day 1 / 3 / 10 plan, delivered in 10 minutes.
Built on WordPress, with the product app on its own subdomain. Ten pages: Home, About, Science, Sample Report, Pricing, FAQs, Support, Blog, Terms and Privacy.
The SEO
A new domain has no authority. The only honest route is to build the technical base correctly, then earn relevance with content, consistently, for months. That is what we have been doing.
48 articles published and indexed, running at roughly one every two to three days since launch. Each one targets a specific long-tail query from someone with the exact problem ToneWell solves.
Published titles, taken from the live sitemap:
Wellness Without Wearables — Why Your Voice is the Ultimate Non-Invasive Signal
How to Monitor Your Health Without Hardware
Acoustic Biomarkers for Wellness
Real-Time Stress Metrics — Track Your Well-Being in 30 Seconds
The Busy Professional’s Guide to Stress Tracking — No Devices Required
Someone searching “track stress without a wearable” has already described ToneWell’s product in their own words. The content programme exists to be there when they do.
Results
The SEO report is being compiled. Rather than publish estimates, these slots stay empty until the real figures land — then every number here will be traceable to its source.

Most of the work here was not clever tricks. It was building the site properly, then publishing useful content every few days without stopping. That is available to any business willing to commit to it.
